Our birch wood items are cut from A4 Rated 1/4″ thick Birch Plywood. The actual thickness of our birch wood is 5.2 mm and is rated as an A front and a 4 back. The A rating on the front of the cutout means it is blemish free and rating No. 4 is for Economy- The back side of the cutout may contains some defects. This wood cutout is easily painted with acrylic paints, chalk paints, spray paint or stained with wood stain. Our products are cut and packed from our small business located in Idaho, USA. All orders are cut to order with our precision laser machine. Krafty Supply’s wood products are sturdy and durable, suitable for all types of indoor use and light outdoor exposure.

Krafty Supply’s Christmas Decor cutouts are cut from High Quality MDF for easy painting. We use high-end laser machines to cut and score our cutouts for precision. What does MDF stand for?MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) is an engineered material made by breaking down hardwood or softwood residuals into fine particles, combining it with wax and a resin binder and applying high temperature and pressure to create a smooth finish. Also available in 1/4” Birch Wood. Our Birch Wood is rated A4- A4 rating means that the front facing is of high quality, and the backside is of lower quality. Which works great for projects where the backside will not be seen. This stains well and looks great on your diy door hangers. We offer 1/8″ thickness and 1/4″ Thickness in our Craft Shapes. Our Sizes range from 4″ to 22″ on this cutout. **The measurements will be the width of this item.
